- Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for an appointment without prior notice may be asked to pay a deposit for future bookings.
- Deposits: For major services or peak times, we may require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your service but is non-refundable if the appointment is canceled with insufficient notice.
- Running Late: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to fit the remaining time, and late fees may apply.
